For your convenience, Precious Remembrances, LLP will perform Direct Debits from your checking account or Credit Card transactions when products and services are ordered by our customers. By authorizing Direct Payments through ACH, we are able to offer you a quick turnaround without the hassles of payment arrangements each time a product is ordered. And there is no fee for this service. With the credit card option you will receive the same quick service. However, there is a minimal transaction fee when choosing this method of payment

After printing the Authorization Form, please fill in and submit the brief form below. Once all of the information is received, your account will be set-up and you can begin ordering immediately.
